Our Mission and Values
Building Confidence
on and off the Field
Our mission is to help every girl develop confidence, leadership, resilience, teamwork, and a lifelong love of being active. Every practice, every game, and every interaction is intentionally designed to help girls grow both on and off the field.
Whether your daughter is stepping onto the field for the very first time or simply looking for a positive new activity to make friends, learn new skills, and gain confidence, she’ll find a place to belong and thrive in the Massachusetts Flag Football League.
As part of our founding community, she will have the unique opportunity to help shape the future of girls flag football across the state.
The friendships she builds, the confidence she develops, and the excitement of discovering one of the fastest-growing sports in America will become far more valuable than the final score.
